VELES 6.59

Dosage form: oral suspension.

Presentation: 500 ml polymeric jars.

Identification: Beige to dark brown suspension with the specific odour of broth.

Composition: 1 ml of Veles 6.59 contains bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum strain VKPM В-2347 and Propionibacterium freudenreichii strain VKPM В-6561 (not less than 1х106 CFU) – 100 mcl; nutrient medium as excipient.

Indications: Veles 6.59 is used to increase natural host resistance, to stimulate the growth and development of young animals and birds, to decrease mortality rate, to increase fertility in farm, domestic and wild animals, including fur animals, and poultry.

Pharmacological properties: Bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum strain VKPM В-2347 and Propionibacterium freudenreichii strain VKPM В-6561 are highly resistant to digestive juices and enzymes of the gastrointestinal tract of animals and birds.
Reproducing these strains produce enzymes, vitamins and other biologically active substances which promote normalization of the intestinal microbial communities, digestion, acidity in the gastrointestinal tract, absorption and metabolism of iron, calcium, lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, triglycerides, amino acids, dipeptides, sugars, bile salts. As a result cellular and humoral immunities are optimized; nonspecific host resistance to opportunistic, pathogenic bacteria and stressors is increased.

Administration and dosage: For oral use.
Veles 6.59 is given to animals individually or in a group with drinking (milk, colostrums, chilled boiled water), feeds (grain mixture, combined feed and etc.) in the dose of 0.5 ml per 1 kg of live weight.

Peranum application of Veles 6.59 in the recommended dose of 50 ml per kg of live weight, once a day is allowed. The suspension is diluted into warm boiled water and injected to an animal after a cleansing enema.

Contraindications: No contraindications.

In applying the drug according to the given instruction, side effects and complications are not observed.
The signs and symptoms of toxicosis or other adverse drug responses in Veles 6.59 overdosage were not registered.
Specific effects of Veles 6.59 on animals / birds in its first intake or cessation of the preparation have not been observed.
Special measures in missing one or several doses are not provided; the prophylactic / therapeutic course is resumed.

Note: There are not any sale restrictions for meat and meat products after using Veles 6.59 in animals.

Drug interactions: A combined administration of Veles 6.59 and antibiotics or sulfanilamides is prohibited.

Personal safety precautions: Special safety measures are not required.

Storage conditions: Veles 6.59 is transported and stored in a dry place protected from light, at 0° to 10ºС.
After opening it is stored at room temperature within 15 days.
Keep out of the reach of children.

Life shelf:  3 months after the date of manufacture. Do not use after the expiry date.
